Hi CareSift, I would like to provide you with information on the level of customer service I recently received from Trang.
Prior to making my very first phone call to Trang, I was stressed about the process of finding a foster care home for my mom. Trang took charge of everything and I literally felt the weight lift off of my shoulders.
Throughout my interaction with Trang, she remained professional and diligent. She provides very sound advice that is always in the client’s best interest. Trang also ALWAYS answers the phone, answers texts immediately, and if I did have to leave a message, she calls back right away.
My experience with Trang was simply amazing. I really don’t know what I would have done without her assistance. In my opinion, she is a very valuable asset to CareSift and I am grateful for all that she has done. Since I am not able to send her a gift of any kind, I thought that writing to you about her exceptional work ethics could make up for that.
