I want to personally thank CareSift and [advocates] for spending time with me on the phone, through emails and texts as my sisters and I were challenged with the task of finding the perfect care facility for our father.
[CareSift] was referred to me by a cousin who worked with [them] when she was in search of a care facility for my aunt several years ago. From my first phone call with [my advocate], she put me at ease and reassured me that we would find an appropriate place for my dad. She listened to my concerns/needs/wants and the process went quickly and smoothly. [She] always returned phone calls/emails/texts in a timely manner, even on weekends and evenings. She made me feel valued and she truly cared about my family.
